How long after I place my order will it take to receive it?
ONLINE ORDER: If you ordered online, your product will ship in two to three business days. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. If your order was shipped via UPS, you will be able to follow your package along its route.
(800) ORDER: If you ordered through our toll free (800) number, your product will ship in two to three business days. If you provided an email address to our phone operator, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. If your order was shipped via UPS, you will be able to follow your package along its route.
MAIL ORDER: If you ordered by mail, your product will ship one to two weeks after your check or money order has cleared our bank. A return check service charge of $21.00 will be assessed for each check returned by the bank

How do I track my package?
If your order is being shipped via UPS, once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with the tracking information including your tracking number. You can always contact us if you have any questions about your delivery.

Do you offer a money back guarantee?
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee with your purchase. The guarantee starts from the day you receive your shipment. Once we receive your returned product and original invoice, we will refund you less shipping and handling costs.

What happens if the product is damaged in transit?
Please send back your product with your original invoice and a letter indicating the product was damaged in transit. Upon receipt, we will immediately re-ship a replacement and reimburse you for any return shipping charges.

Can I place a wholesale order?
Yes. We offer a flat discount rate based on the size of your order. Our minimum piece count is 25 pieces per Boxed Special. You must provide a Tax I.D. Number. Orders are “one-way” meaning we will exchange defects, but there are no refunds. International orders are responsible for customs. Place your wholesale order 24/7.
